JOB DESCRIPTION: Lytton and Lily Retail Assistant (Part-Time)
Part Time Retail Assistant required within the retail shop, mail order and website business.
Previous retail experience an advantage but not essential as full on the job training will be provided.

To provide the customer with a unique shopping experience, luxury home and lifestyle products, with exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:
To include (but not limited to)
- Provide sales support and direct sales to customers
- Must be able to provide cover for other team members, as required, for sickness, annual leave and emergency cover, and seasonal requirements (i.e. Christmas)
- Customer service
- Use of EPOS system
- Goods inwards
- E-Commerce/mail order processing, fulfilment and despatch
- Housekeeping duties
- Liaising with and assisting customers in person and on the telephone
- Assist with visual merchandising and in-store displays
- To adhere to the Code of Practice of Lytton and Lily and HSE requirements.

Package:
- 2 Days Per week, additional hours as required
- Days to be covered float a 6 day period (Mon-Sat 9.30-5.30) Sundays during Christmas Period
- Staff Discount Scheme (after probationary period)
- Statutory Holiday Entitlement – Pro Rata
