BUY ONLINE – STORE COLLECT
The Buy Online – Store Collect service allows you to shop and pay for your items at www.lyttonandlily.co.uk and collect from store. While all items are available for shipment, select items may be purchased online for pick-up at a Lytton & Lily store.
How it Works:
Shop & Buy Online
You will proceed through the same online Checkout process to purchase your items.
At the checkout select STORE COLLECT and continue to complete your order. Your credit card will be charged online.
Once you have placed your order, please wait to receive two emails:
- An order confirmation email: this email confirms that we have received and are processing your order.
- Store Collect notification email: if you have placed your order before 12.00 noon, you should be receiving this email the same day. If you have placed your order after 12.00 noon, you may receive this email in the next business day.
Please wait for the Store Collect email before going to the store
Please make sure you have:
- A copy of your Store Collect notification email
- A valid form of identification.* If you send someone else, or a courier service, to pick up the item on your behalf, please ensure that they have a copy of your in-store pick up notification email along with their own valid form of identification.

Your item will be waiting for you at store, where we'll be happy to take care of any gift services you may need.
Shipping
You will not pay a delivery fee for items that are collected in store.
